New culinary address Vonk

This weekend Vonk opened the doors. The new gastrobar brings a contemporary fire kitchen in a special, oxide-red conservatory on the village square of Kachtem. Behind the cooker you will find chef Bart Hoornaert, who already proved himself as sous-chef in two-star restaurant La Durée in Izegem. He runs the business together with his brother Stijn Hoornaert. From the special architecture over the interior to the kitchen: with Vonk the duo creates a unique, culinary experience.
